Our name reflects the philosophy behind the brand. Sol represents the sun, warmth, light, and vitality. Eir draws inspiration from the Norse goddess associated with healing, protection, and wellness. Together, Soleir represents a balance of nature, nourishment, and intentional care.

What began as a search for relief from dry skin, irritation, and sensitivity quickly became an obsession with ingredients. Not complicated formulas or overprocessed products, but raw, nourishing ingredients that had been trusted for generations.

We started making our own balms using grass-fed tallow, botanical oils, raw honey, and plant extracts carefully chosen for their ability to support the skin naturally. The difference was immediate. Skin felt calmer, softer, healthier. Once friends and family started asking for jars of their own, Soleir slowly came to life.
